Privacy Policy
COLDTER Shorts Uploader · Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy explains how COLDTER Shorts Uploader (the "Tool"), operated by COLDTER, handles information. The Tool is an internal tool used only by COLDTER to upload its own videos to its own YouTube channels.
YouTube API Services
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Information we access
The Tool requests only the OAuth scope youtube.upload. With it, the Tool can upload videos to the authorized channel. It does not request access to read your YouTube account data, viewing history, subscriptions, comments, analytics or any other user's information.
How we use, store and share information
- The OAuth refresh token issued by Google is stored only on COLDTER's own computer, is used solely to upload COLDTER's videos, and is never shared with or sold to anyone.
- Video files and their titles, descriptions and tags are created by COLDTER and sent only to YouTube.
- We do not collect personal information from anyone else, use cookies or trackers, or share information with third parties.
Deleting data and revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page. Revoking access invalidates the stored token. Stored tokens are deleted from COLDTER's computer when no longer needed or on request. To ask us to delete any stored data, email support@coldter.com; we respond within 7 days.
Changes and contact
We will update this page if the Tool's data practices change. Questions: support@coldter.com.
